I honestly do, yes. I think some are running scared today due to the DOW. There have been several attempts at defining the bottom so far and the bidders growing at .125 (after hitting .12 bottom so far) while MM's depart from the .13 ask makes me wonder if .12 was the bottom. I bought more at .13 thinking that was the bottom, so .12 must be darn close if it isn't the bottom.
