So this is just a shake to get panic sellers out and they load up 13's before the big run or what

Until they breakdown exactly how they are going to help certain companies then we really don't know the affect...correct? They passed the bill, so what? Now if they take up some of WAMUQ's bad assets and they come out of BK then we are looking at a lifechanger IMO. Market wide, there should be some very interesting news releases/earnings reports in the coming weeks/months once this money gets filtered in.
