since this is a reorganization for wamu...will this stock uplist after rorganization or will this symbol be shut down? just asking. sf

The Chapter 11 bankrupcy filing was merely a protective measure. Interest on debt can be eliminated or reduced. Depends on the Judge. Wamu made a smart more. Allows them time to reorganize and reinvent themselves. I think alot of their assets are in the buildings and real estate they own. Perhaps the stock they own was over stated but even if half of their assets are overstated that leaves $16B with debt and $8B in debt. All we need is $2B over debt and this is in the dollars.
