WAMUQ May qualify for a CH#11 Annulment.

IMO, if the federally guided seizure of WAMUQ, (Aka. WM), to JPM was found to be in qualms of due process, the seizure may be nullified by court order.

If nullified, JPM would be obligated to release their seizure of Washington Mutual.

Washington Mutual may likely then take advantage of the proposed 700B bailout and therefore having no need for Chapter 11 bankruptcy that may also be annulled.

Washington Mutual may then resume operations.



Stock prices may spike to the moon as all the buyers storm IN from every direction, before WAMUQ settles back to their $20/pps trading Averages –Over the last 10 years. before the crash.

And many investors would have one hell of a marry MARRY MARRY CHRISTMAS!!
