ChoiceTrade serves my purposes just fine, although I don't use them for level 2 or any other special services. I also use Etrade, but they suck, other than the fact that you get to use Power E*TRADE Pro, which includes level 2 and get lower priced trades by making more than 30 trades per quarter.
