I agree, YBTVA is a steal at these levels! Sharebuilder has never filled orders below my limit order price, never. I am done with sharebuilder, bunch of crooks IMO. I will look into Zecco, but I heard Zecco does not allow trading of otcbb or pink sheet stocks. I heard TD Ameritrade was good. I also want level 2 quotes and a broker with no large order surcharge. Thanks!
