At this point even if the filings "weren't good" I think it would give a genuine boost to the shareprice.

At least it would show that they are willing to get off the pinks.

I guess it remains to be seen if today's PR was a carrot or the real thing.

Maybe the filings are so good that CMKX thought they had better hire a big name law firm who's reputation would help validate the incredible contents of the filings. I know myself , that to help prevent a tax audit, I always use a prestigious accounting firm which the tax department is less likely to question or audit a clients filing.
