Read page 4 towards the end of paragraph 9... it clearly states that MNTY as an entity is exempt from this lawsuit. The SEC is going after the individuals that have turned paper into cash... Reynolds and Page

I don't know why anyone would want to buy the stock right now, but I did put in a market order to sell friday, and it didn't sell. The bid and ask both went to .0000 on scotrade, but all other streamers still showed 0x1... so it could be halted, but we'll see.
