They could not meet Nasdaq listing requirements. Look for some chatter about the AMEX though. It's a standard ploy.

nasdaq will be too big of a move in one shot, imo....i believe they require a sustained 2 dollar pps for a year ebfore even being considered on the daq....i could be wrong though if someone wants to correct me.
