The emails are very straightforward. The PRs, for one reason or another, all have some ridiculous quotations thrown in there. Whoever is writing up the PRs doesn't know how to write using the quotations of others, or... in many cases should either choose a better quote, or clarify what is being said in the ones selected.
The issue with the PRs is rarely the content, it's the editing or lack thereof.
It wouldn't hurt to leave some of these direct quotes out. They, in my opinion, are what's really making these PRs seem weak!
