The O/S was ~93,000,000 back in Dec. 2007, with an additional 3,350,750 shares of preferred stock issued and outstanding. They increased the A/S from 125,000,000 to 250,000,000 on 3/31/2008.

Chances are they have dumped shares to pocket some money.
