Where does it say they got the money. Do you think they cut a cheque for 6 mil and when ever they get to they will clean up the site. There are provisions in any contract that speak to the timeframe and distribution of the money. For all we know they will not receive the money until a certain date.
The original guess for the value of the brick may have been right... say 12-14 million but that would not include and cleanup of the remaining bricks they did not want and any enviromental issues.
The bid was to clean the site up and take everything away. Leaving us with a site we can then build on.
I think someone else mentioned this earlier today, but steady revenue is more important than a 1 time payment, ... just cause we got 6m in our back pocket doens't, in the eyes of potenetial shareholders, mean a lot.
I think it gives us street cred. And now the natural gas (if there is any) will take this thing where it needs to go.
