I tend to agree with Peep from RB on this one. He says APS, who makes chargers, has 25 million shares and little PP raising, becuase OEMs will do all the expense of manufacturing and give 7% royalty. Yet Lab says: "we have estimated the time as long as we have the pockets to pay at about 12-15 months." That seems to mean LB has to keep raising 10s of millions of PP shares, diluting shareholders' shares and risking RS. Because LB's Vebco OEM is too small and cash poor. And bigger battery OEMs won't contract, because they don't want an advanced battery in the market. Tex seems to be right. Just more BS PRs like the last 6 years. Regretably!
