Countryboy, isn't the $71.6M Sarnoff's investment in WXP? After that, Wave carried WXP, and now Sarnoff agrees to a 2.5% equity interest? Therefore Sarnoff's $71.6M ultimately bought them a 2.5% stake?

I doubt any of the above has any bearing on today's WXP valuation?
