Hey Echanted Rock, bought this thing around the same time as you. Not sure where this is heading yet but it looks like shareholders could be getting a share distribution in another company end of Sept. The PR that mentions the distribution in http://denverson.com/ was only released in german and the translation is a little off so who knows. Waiting for some filings to come out and give some more details.
