Somebody needs to blow out all the .0001 asks first. As those shares are probably held by people that have given up and just want out, they probably won't notice when the wave of volume starts to come in and have time to adjust their sell orders. That's why I think this can end up at .0001 x .0002 pretty quickly on the way up as it will catch people unawares.
