Because I spoke with Mr Clarington on several occasions and was told that numerous Hip-Hop artists in the Miami location was interested in cutting records in a studio (if one had been built) and that they would give a lot of support to the Miami location. Several Hip-Hop artists do live in the Miami area. He spoke to me and some of my family members about a lot of ideas to bring in revenue in Miami. He was very excited at first about the HipHopSodaShop. As time dragged on he became less excited because the BOD dragged their feet so long about finshing the deal. (In My Opinion Only) He lost money waiting on them to get the money together to finish the deal. The area might not have up to par under a lot of people's standards but he was making good money before he changed his business. Miami Gardens is a primarilly Hip-Hop area. Just because th area is not the richest or the best does not mean the business won't do well. I've seen alot of McDonalds in bad areas. They still do well if run well. Management is the key.Closing Miami was a mistake. When a start-up business is closed in the first 2 or 3 months, that business had not been given the chance.
