IF the O/S is really only 16.8 million shares, then the market cap is approx $136,000. The market cap doesn't match the projected revenues...

PCCL is a major POS. There is something seriously wrong with this company. It always goes down. I seriously doubt there are still only 16 million shares O/S. It has gone stright down to where it is now after it's reverse split. This guy prints paper like it is going out of style and burns his shareholders. Get in and get out quickly.
