It does appear that Hemi has more gas than oil, so perhaps you are right in installing NG infrastructure with the insurance money. I'm sure KA has been giving this some thought since the Collins has shown a large amount of gas.I know this is not the plan for Hemi, but if all you have is gas in the new wells something may have to change.

Some people may see all this as a problem, however I do not, The more options that are open for Hemi the better.

"It's been well over a year now since the floods, what is the timeline for the insurance settlement in typical scenario's?"

Two possible answers to consider to cover both sides of the fence from opposite ends.

Possible Answer # One:

A number of Katerina, Rita, Wilma are still outstanding in payments, does not mean they will not get paid but rather still in the process to "provide proof of loss documentation" from an indemnity point of view.

Possible Answer # Two:

With all the apparent finger pointing by many that Hemi lacks transparency, maybe the insurance settlement/ funds have been determine and funded to Hemi and well............with the sudden additional finding of gas and the attention of infra-structure requirements and looking into this by Hemi for this gas need of developing a pipeline.......could this be an lead indicator that Hemi has the funds available??

Yes bdahl385 enquiry Hemi minds want to know, good luck in getting an answer to the question that you again that pose to Hemi.

IMO if this is information that is to be shared by Hemi it will come in the form an official PR by Hemi.

But then again what do I know??

"...investors are doomed."

I do not intend this as any kind of put-down, but this statement, IMO, does not take into account the entirety, or for that matter, even the main focal point of what Hemi's plans are.

A low share price does not "doom" Hemi investors, unless those investors are just planning a flip at some point and are implementing their own strategy that is juxtopposed to what Hemi's strategy has been all along.

I'm not commenting on the correctness of these juxtopposed strategies... it's a personal choice an investor makes. I'm only explaining why I believe "...doomed." is an erroneous statement.
