If you knew what was going on you'd know what the BCLOC was and you'd know that the move wasn't "sudden." The company has been working on purchasing the building for a while, and they have been working with Ed Connor to move into the building for the last few months when their lease ran out at the old location. I get the sense some people just read the most active board and buy... please tell me that isn't the case.
