Thanks for the note on short sales. I moved all of my WAVX shares into "Safekeeping" today. Waterhouse said it would have to do this for all my holdings. Apparently it would be a book keeping or software headache to do it for just one security. Waterhouse was also able to make an exception for my margin accounts, which normally require making all margin account shares available for shorting. I urge all WAVX long holders to do the same.
