So you are like me and like TURKEY. Ever had some Smoked Turkey? Terrific. In the Corporate Brochure hand out there is one line about Carolina Turkeys* and one page a few away about Marinating and Curing Functions accomplished my TRANSFORM PACK SHEETS. Only done by others with expensive equipment and high labor costs.

CURING FISH through transform pack Flavor Transfer System: Our ability to calibrate seasoning formulas and use LIQUID SMOKE in our process enables us to create a PH environment in the vacuum bag below 4.5 which is necessary
..I leave some out...
OUR CURED SMOKED ADVANTAGE: The Transform Pack tm System utilizes the natural juices of the fillet to cure it, while in the methods currently used by smokers, the natural fluids of the fillet are being replaced with brine. Therefore///.. more natural flavored, juicier and more tender smoked product/ On the economic side,..///..

(Cheaper smarter better I had to add) Also I add that BRINE is SALT a chloride that was well know as ONE TO BE LOWERED OR CONTROLLED IN our daily lives i.e. High Blood Pressure Folks and Diabetics must watch it also, was it Napoleon who had a scorched earth warfare policy that included ruining the farm field for years by sprinkling salt upon the earth, SALTING THE EARTH? That was a long time ago but if salt can be replaced WE HAVE A PEPPER OPPORTUNITY here. Just for a quick DD on the Packs I ate and now read to you EXPECT MORE from LESS: Marinated I as of even today used with my STEAK earlier...but SNOKED MEAT...humme, Montreal Smoked Flavours! Humme YUMMIE!

PS - I ate SMOKED TURKEY starting years, decades ago, all full of NITRATES but this system has NO NITRATE and is less salt harmful, I can not wait to try some SMOKE CAROLINA TYPE TURKEY id there is such a plan I wonder. "An ACHIEVEMENT is simply a dream: see quote at URL below with my SEC Disclosure:
