There were a lot of people who bought in this range for the past couple of weeks. Many weren't expecting the delay.

Then the stock went to .0002's. This probably has some large holders jittery and maybe they are trying to get out even?

Personally, I think they are making a huge mistake selling at these levels! Next week I have no doubt that BCND will be above .001's after news is released!

It could see .004's depending on the size of the contract?

Keep in mind there is no dilution too.
