here's something to think about. if all the shares of CMKX have always been accounted for at CMKX's transfer agent First Global. then why was Deli brokering deals for Urbie to cover an open position ?

As I heard it that wasn't how it went down. First, Rendall Williams wanted Deli to unload some certs for them. Then Urbie jumped in. Could be that Urbie was issuing NEW certs; remember, he still had nearly 100 billion shares to play with. That would have required the TA's cooperation, but she obviously wasn't shy about working with Deli.
