Are you serious? Knowing who is running the company is irrelevant to you? Then why does the SEC require that a company disclose complete resumes on all officers and directors? It's because their history is critical to the company's success and to judging the risk of an investment.

In this case, for example, suppose Sean Lee was a former head of product development and programming for Google? This would lend great credibility to his actions and claims. On the other hand, suppose he had no internet experience or worse yet had been involved in prior stock scams? Wouldn't that shade your decision on the credibility of his representations?

To me, the lack of his resume is one of the biggest red flags in this deal. I can't remember the last time I found a stock where the CEO and man who was obviously in control of everything was so shrouded in mystery. It sure did peak my interest. You'll be surprised to learn what I found out.
