I don't think Lee's resume is something important. As long as the company can earn money I don't care the management team is out of Harvard U. or a jail.
If I tell you a train is running from NY to DC and it is on track, will you ask 'what it means by on track'? If you do ask, I have to explain what a train is and what a train track is and how they work together.
The stock price already showed that nobody cared about the unaudited financial. We have to wait for the audited one or IPO.
