--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Q) Is the naked short or fails to deliver in CMKX a dead issue?

A) The Company believes that a significant failure to deliver problem still exists in our stock. We are devoting enormous efforts to rebuilding and restructuring the company with the ultimate goal of being a traded security once again.

Q) How many shares are actually NSS?

The Company shareholder audit is ongoing. This question cannot be answered at this time.

Q) What is the status of Susanne Trimbath's evaluation of the Naked Short Position of the Company thus far?

A) Susanne Trimbath continues her work on our shareholder audit. The naked short situation and the delivery failures are not a primary concern of management at this time. Keeping the Company alive and returning to trading status is the focus of our work.

Q) Can you provide a timeline for the completion of the shareholder audit?

Too many variables are involved in all phases of the Company shareholder audit to be able to offer any timelines.

Q) Do we have undeniable proof that NSS has taken place and what is the count at this point in time?

A) The Company does have proof that there are failures to deliver in CMKM stock. Until our shareholder audit is complete, we will not have a count as to how many shares or brokerage houses are involved.

Q) Do you know approximately how many shareholders have still not received their certificates for CMKM? Do you know approximately how many shares these certificates represent?

A)The shareholder audit has not been completed. Until this audit is complete, there is no way to identify the total number of shareholders that have not received their CMKM stock certificates or the number of shares represented.

Q) At this time I would like to request the outcome of the cert pull performed by The Owners Group. This information has never been disclosed to the CMKM Diamonds Shareholders when it should have been upon its completion.

Q) I don't recall it ever being "clearly" and "officially" stated that Ms Trimbath was actually hired. Was she hired or did you just "consult" with her?

A) Ms. Trimbath was contracted as a consultant to the Company. The Company very much appreciates Ms. Trimbath for the work she has previously done for the Company. She was paid a consulting fee and stands ready to assist the company as needed.

And now the kicker

A)The objective of the cert pull was to identify the shareholders of the Company. As a result of the cert pull, most CMKM shareholders hold a certificate issued by the company transfer agent.

Q) To your knowledge, are there any more shareholders who have requested certs and not received them? If so, how many shares do these outstanding requests represent?

A) This is another part of the ongoing shareholder audit. There are still many shareholders that have not been able to procure physical certificates through their brokerage house. We do continue to receive communication from shareholders regarding their inability to obtain certs. The total number of these shares is unknown at this time.

Look at the next three posts. First one claims 2 trillion NS, next claims they don't know how many NS shares, then the next is 50 billion. Never paid attention to this before. But this one was before revocation while the others where after.

Greetings Group Members,

I have received several emails of late inquiring about our naked short investigation. We have continued to tally shares by people that have sent their statements to us but the numbers are not changing significantly. We proved a huge naked short position in this company a long time ago. Our documentation substantiates 482 billion shares (approximately) owned by 11557 shareholders. This does not include cert holders. There remains approximately 48000 shareholders that have not sent us their holdings. By my estimates there are at least a trillion and a half shares that have been sold in CMKX stock. When all shares (including foreign and obo accounts) are added to the mix, the total could exceed two trillion shares. Have a good weekend.

Onward,

Bill

Many people are again asking about the naked short issue. What is the true naked short? I do not know what the true naked short position is because the brokers have failed to respond to my requests for short positions from them.

Greetings Group Members and CMKX Shareholders,
.
.
.
This summer, we tallied 12,000 shareholder statements and documented 400 billion shares of stock. This did not include cert holders. We know there are approximately 60,000 shareholders based only on the figures given to us by ADP and the transfer agent. There appears to be many more! Combined, the NOBO/OBO list plus the cert list even proved a short in and of themselves of over 50 billion shares, and this did not include the billions of shares traded that were not reported through the DTCC and it did not include most Canadian brokerage holdings or other foreign accounts.

Does anyone else read contradictory statements made by Bill Frizzell concerning the share audit? I sure didn't until my attorney pointed these out to me
