It would appear in my opinion that NO ONE IS IN CHARGE.
No one has an answer for "Where's Clyde Smith???"
Let's face it folks, if Smith were so good, then why did he go out and piddle around by drilling 2 wells for Lanza only to have Lanza turn around and blow up the deal? Now Smith is no where to be found. How long before he disappears for good? Maybe he already did. Either way, he is obviously NOT the guy to complete this deal.
And that leaves us with Lanza i.e. the Fox in the Hen House(!!!)
This is going to end just like the bigger picture of the financial corrupt that has led to the US economic downfall-
LOSE for us. LOSE for Lanza.
Lanza will go to jail. We will have NOTHING as all of the leases default and companies like Chesapeake outbid us by a dollar to get the leases signed over to them. And that is assuming anyone has the money to put up for the leases.
If there were such deep pockets sitting around, then why hasn't someone bought Lanza out and sent him packing?
We are screwed. Period. Anyone who says otherwise needs to bring some facts and answers to the table. I have seen nothing but wishful thinking posted here.
No information = BAD
It has been far far too long for the new regime to be working towards a viable solution. They may indeed by trying, but this bird is going down and is pretty much in free fall and an unrecoverable tailspin.
