Search http://www.usdoj.gov/ for "WILMINGTON COUPLE INDICTED". It does not find the article. Why not?

Looks pretty good! I like the part that says:
"Members of the public are reminded that an Indictment is only an allegation and that a Defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty".
Who was the Attorney that said, "I could indict a ham sandwich"

Innocent my butt till proven guilty.The Feds do not go through all this unless they are darn sure its worth going after.

Sounds like ED is toast and Carol is going to be.Hopefully she steps down in a few days and another officers takes control if this is a real business.

If all this years pr's are lies and they closed, funded nothing they will go to prison.They will not pass goal on this.

The Feds are going to do this to alot of people that run scams.With all the light on the financial market they must really be crazzy or thought they were to smart.

When to the bridge and saw no one so I will check back another day.
