I think hydrogen is being used in some commercial truck fleets in California. That is an excellent start.

We are in for about 10 painful years in this country as we wean outselves off of oil. Even if there is an amazing amount of oil discovered out in the oceans, we still don't want to be dependent on it for energy.

We need more leadership. A big shoutout to T. Boone Pickens for getting people to think. Did you notice that BOTH Presidential candidates are aping his message about $700-$800B a year going to foreign countries for oil. The "transfer of wealth" message.

We ARE getting something for the $700B--energy. The problem is we don't use it efficiently.
