We are on the same page except for the shorting.Let's say you take the risk and short a $.09 stock. How much can you possible expect to profit versus the risk you are taking? And since you cant short a PENNY Stock, its awfully hard to fathom that this has a lot to do with the PPS being so low. The real true problem is directly in front of vergers when he looks in the mirror. They got to big to fast, too many expenses, too much debt, too many outstanding shares.
