I've listened to the call.
I really think Phil addresses good points/issues.
But I think he's a utopist (we would say).
I also agree about the naked short positions and his explanation.

I also think that if you are at 9 or 10cts you shouldnt speak to highly about the future.
Firstly begin with file on time.

What I found a bit weak is his complaint against the FINRA.
that they should have informed NMKT they could have a 3 strike out if they were too late again. So that FINRA was delinquent here.
Maybe Phil is right about this one, but they shouldnt have to rely on that. He should think for himself and FILE on TIME

Buyback plans and sponsors and upgraded exchange.

wait and see.
Its all about connections.

We have to be logic also.. the SP is WAY WAY undervalued.
Its their fault , and they indirectly feed the shorts, but if you take the naked results and revenues. NMKT IS WAY UNDERVALUED (for what its worth)
