Dear Mr. Keb,

We currently have about 300 requests for free samples. However, shipping alone
costs the company $10.00 per box of 2 samples mailed. Most companies do not
send free, full-size samples of new products, but we are. Please be patient a
little longer and you will get your samples, as requested. We also have some
promotions coming up in Florida, Las Vegas and Arizona where we will be giving
out free samples at selected events. Unfortunately we do not have any events
happening in your area at this time, but our products should soon be available
in a retailer near you!

In the meantime, you are on the list and will receive your samples.
