It was a small offering.

That and the automatic conversion feature largely offsets my concerns. We still need to execute. Wave must become self sustaining. More money will be needed shortly from some source.

I hope this is a one time issuance necessary to buy only the time for the disposition of a piece of WXP and for royalties and upgrade sales to increase to cover expenses.
