There are many potential advantages for a company to issue restricted shares vs. just dumping them on the market but I am not going to dive into all that. However in this situation I am in agreement with you that the frequency and IMO the extreme discount was very excessive.

Let's be clear...I am no fan of a reverse and would prefer they issue more stock. But, in either case, or in their absence, the point is really whether they have a plan/strategy that can deliver results. For the first time in a long time, we have some positive baby steps. That is not bad. No one is claiming victory and counting money. There is much to be done. But, just as the decline and missteps took some time, so will the turn around. Disagree all you want, but the fact is things are better today than a month ago.

Now, if you want to complain about shares being given out, I will repeat what I said before - which none of you naysayers commented on, for some reason; perhaps because I sounded like a basher and you did not know what do to with the concept - what I said that really bothered me and did dilute shares was the award of stock in February to insiders/board members (neither of which included me). That smacked of greed and only because many we were looking at a 1.50 a share deal did not care, since it was not viewed as a zero sum game...then. (OBTW:, I never said the IA take over was going to happen; I said there was no evidence it would not; but, I stopped saying that in April. Again, disagree all you want, but get the facts correct)

Here are my two biggest complaints...

If there is bad news for the company, those of us who take a long position get beat up. Then, when the news turns positive, we get beat up because the news is not good enough???

The second part is that when people offer an explanation or an interpretation (as I did) some people want to diminish it by attacking the person. What had passed for discussion has turned into gotcha points and I am as guilty as others of that behavior. But, as any student of judo will note, they are not taught to attack, but defend. I only got onto this and other boards because I tired of small investors seeking some information getting their heads handed to them by some clever basher. My attacks were counter-attacks.

If anyone wants my thoughts in the future, let me know. For now, I am taking a break...

Ride you think that a buyout by a company with with a po box number would let people know that either the company is stupid or it was planned to sell shares. There is nothing here. Stock ran for days ahead of 8k. Everyone knew but stockholders under 1%. I think I will go overseas tomorrow and get money for my stay in vegas. Please shareholders fund me. What's next mini black holes for time travel?
