It's all paper to this point. These numbers mean nothing until they get them audited. An auditor will hack their balance sheet up. I have a feeling that is why we have no audit????????? Carol?

No they dont care. The convertables are to the $$ amt. Not shares. So 10 bucks a share or .0001, same to them!
