I really don't think it will make it to trial. I see them offering a settlement either shortly before everything has to be turned over, or shortly after. I wonder if any of the funds that own PXD even realize what's going on in this lawsuit.

i know....i have seen this before....IBM lost a lawsuit by employees who got screwed on the conversion of the pension plan from a defined plan to a cash plan.....900 million dollars awarded....IBM appealed...and appealed...and appealed....until they got it in front of a judge that dismissed it for them....imagine that?.....if this lawsuit is in the bag and a slam dunk winner you wouldn't be trading at .32 .....anyway my point is it's a pure gable...the lawsuit may have merit and be 100% right and still get defeated in our crooked courts.....BRIG
