It's not the prettiest thing, and I did little in my story to glamorize that’s for sure. But just remember these pigs are out of control and cause countless millions of agricultural damage yearly. They are the utmost in pests and no matter how many hunters you have out there banging away we can do not much more than semi-control the numbers.
There were five piglets with my pig and Pres was getting ready to drop nine more. Two pigs that would have bred yet again this year.
Hunting is hard work but extremely fulfilling. The reward I think far outweighs the ugliness.
