No, not 1.45 billion to go, 250 million already existed and are out, so it's 1.2 billion to go.

Also, your right, their is no floor, but there are only so many shares available, which put's a floor in place, the debt amount to the available share ratio. Anything under that floor and the cd holders will then lose money on their debt, not really worth converting you debt to shares if the share price X shares doesn't pay off the original debt right?

ewww everyday i look at this stock it keeps getting worst and worst...wish i could fastforward to a year from today and then check the pps...oh yea noone really knows where the bottom is at...there has been so many bottom predictions thrown out there..and none have stuck dont listen to the bs...especially put out by people that own the stock..
