Exisitng convertible debt of 5.9 million....

If that is converted now at this market price, that will be well over 1.5B authorization share, including the present outstanding 250 million shares (most of them converted at 0.0135)........That means this is the bottom......

The PPS should be back up from here in anticipation of great earning......
