all it is is smartext a chart help tool you can find on the regular version, go to a stock click on charts, and itll be on the right hand side

It is an advertisement on pinksheets.com for scottrade.It gives their interpetation of what the indie's are saying for the chart

It was a revolving pop up at the top of the Pink Sheet home page for BCND where I got that skull. A type of popup that changes when a new window is opened. Because the popup was about BCND I clicked on it and it took me to scottrade and that chart. You may need to open and close the Pink Sheet page several times to see it.
