#393 RE: Mr. Ed #390

Things apparently got so tight that continuing to pay accountants to keep the filings up to date was no longer practical. Greensperm has had that effect on lots of companies over the last two years.....

The personal parallel would be losing ones job at Lucent, and perhaps letting you life insurance lapse until you got your new gig with Microsoft. Obviously, not as risky for some softhead Geek as it might be for a professional motocross racer.....

FYI: WCGR, a subsidiary of The Williams Companies (..an el-Biggo energy giant..) went Pink while sorting out their woes. They are back on the OTCBB now, and I expect they will do fine.

As with any company, if you stop filing, first you get "E'd" - then you eventually Pink-out. It's not quite like getting an F in physics while pursuing your engineering degree; more like getting benched on the Varsity team because you got a D+ in Economics one semester.

According to the HQ, they will get the filings all straightened out and get back on the OTCBB as one of the first items of business when the $4.8MM gets deposited.

Pink is beautiful, if you happen to be an "..el-cheapo.." collector....!!
