I'm starting to think it 'smells' too. Why was the job apparently just posted on Sept 3rd, when the date of the position say August 20th, which just so happens to mention the date of the Intel Forum where Wave did the vPRo thing. I don't think its a coincidence that date of the position was chosen. Its either a damn good hoax or a hint to longs.

I've stopped reading tea leafs. Instead I read political polls. lol

I'm focused on numbers and taking what I know to build logical projections to keep me sane. I bought to my sleeping point down here -- actually beyond it since I never get 8 hours anymore anyway.

HP has never left my radar screen completely. (see my post on remote authentication and BB) Is the HP reference, a slip, a reference to another party, a deniable hint to close DDers. Could be any of these or something else. I don't care! I care about how many FDEs are going to be shipped with Dell in the 4th quarter. When HP tells me they're shipping, I'll watch their numbers.

Trusted Computing is now a done deal. The only thing we need to worry about is who gets to keep the mortage company -- us, The Spragues, or some banker in Right Field. (Bankers don't play left field)

It does not seem plausible in the least that someone would put up a bogus posting on Dice...

That's a subscription service as I understand and would/could get someone in trouble with their employer as it goes..

This may have been a slip of the tongue, but it's way too coincidental to not believe something is up imvho!
