I was merely stating the fact that the filing occurred last Friday. I can only assume that making the filing in the state of incorporation would immediately cause it to be applicable. I posted the info from the Delaware Secretary of State website a few days ago indicating the current A/S to be 1.5bil and the filing date of 05-Sep-08.

The TA won't release the AS, only the OS. Jennifer says you need to get the AS figure by calling the company.
