Anytime you call the TA you can get accurate info as to what has been issued and is outstanding. The only number they wouldn't be able to give on an up to the minute count would be the float as that number is in a state of constant flux.

As of this morning no new shares had been issued. Tomorrow is a new day and at least we can stay on top of it.

"Sort of" is such a harmless thing to say. "Sort of". It's just a filler. "Sort of" - It doesn't really mean anything. But after certain things, "sort of" means everything. Like after "I love you" or "You're going to live" or "It's a boy".
