Yeah I am not sure I completely agree with an in-kind transaction of that size that would show up on the tape-again, my thought is as some have mentioned-private placement. Heck they are up 4X but probably restricted in selling. The market would not be able to bear the sells on two lots that size-for sure. Good volume either way today....
Dutchess has a $1.1 million judgement against Virtra and obviously a cash settlement isn't going to happen. If VTSI has to pay off in installments of stock,I could see Dutchess selling at .02 and covering at .004.
