* UC not releasing actual OS. In fact, that magical number seems to be quite the mystery.

* Pretty much known that NITE sold traders somewhere around 400B shares in April 2004 after Auth increased to 500B. OS still unknown at this time. Appears an assumption was made by NITE in terms of Auth = OS or soon to be OS.

* I do believe from what I have heard that CMKX has stopped drilling while waiting for the sample results but that the drillers are hanging around (rumored at the local bar).

* Here IMO is the BIG thing, If CMKX had a dividend of .01 cents just think how hard it would be for SHORTS to cover. They would have to cover at 100 times their investment.

* Now consider this, this is the HUGE thing, If CMKX had a dividend of 1 share of stock in a private company for every 1M shares of CMKX (with very few shares in public existance) HOW WOULD SOMEONE WITH A SHORT POSITION COVER? They would be unable to since they could not get adequate shares of
the private company off the open market. What then would that leave the SHORTS to do? COVER THEIR SHORT POSITION AT THE CURRENT MARKET PRICE of CMKX.

* Also, If a PR about Diamonds, the OS, and a DIVIDEND all came at the same time, with a timeframe of say a week or two before the distribution of a dividend of shares in a private company, What would happen to the price of CMKX? At first it would start to run just because of the magnitude of the PR. About 3 days to 1 week after the PR it would start to come back down, perhaps, due to profit taking. Just prior to the deadline for the distribution it would start to increase significantly as those with a SHORT position who had tried very hard to find a dividend they could not acquire would have to start to cover at ANY COST.
