I agree the severity of the split has significance of some sort. It does not make sense if the purpose is simply to dilute as they could have done that with their existing share structure and a pump campaign. As for purchase? Not sure; why not buy the company with the existing share structure?
Heck, if the offer is good enough, I am all for it, but just don't see why they could not have made an "acceptable" offer with the share structure as it was....?
IMO that is possible and I have wondered the same thought. Nshv is a so small with only 2 people who I think do music. So my thought was this could be bought out for the funding for Trimark which is the only thing that has any value here anyway. Let's face it if Trimark does work they would need help as far as employees to do work right. Well they don't have to many of those. Who knows maybe you are onto something.
Maybe Joe Mansfield got a co to do just that. Let's hope for the best what ever does go down guessing is the only option we have at this point anyway
