Hi Matt - (incidentally notice DOMS still on the UVSE ask and backing off the bid just like I said he would continue to do - as he's showing a higher bid now, he may be close to being done,. but maybe not) I noticed that OG got out of the jail for being generally polite and whilst I have always been polite before, there is a difference between mods like you and shelly etc. and the recently expanded mod squad that includes the apparently inexperienced.

I know this post and my last won't get me out of jail any faster, but I think it would be wise to put a little more restraint on the mini-mods so as to counter their temptation to delete posts and raise TOU issues for every minor infraction. I mean where do you stop? Is a post such as "LOL" considered off-topic? If somebody writes something funny on ihub and I respond " ;o) " going to be deleted when it seems to have always been considered by most users in here to be accepted practice?

While my posts were being deleted from the UVSE board, the moderator on there and others were discussing home improvement techniques, so please explain how it was that you listened to the mod and allowed him to convince you to have me banned from the board?
