Just the mention of the A/S increase has already affected the stock, it went from .40 to where we've been stuck at for the last almost 3 months. Until we can get more clarification on the debentures and warrants, and hopefully some conventinal financing, we're stuck in limbo. The low share price is a huge factor on how many shares would need to be converted if the cd holders choose to convert. Should the CD holders decide not to convert, and the company continues paying down the debt with cash, fewer shares will be needed. So the A/S count is irrelvent, it's the conversion factor that is stalling this right now.
